Job Description / Responsibility
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Regular visit and follow-up with existing and potential customers for new business leads and sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective customers through extensive visits, telephone calls and networking activities.
Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
Maintain regular relationships with different real estate developer organizations for generating business.
Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and quality service in a dedicated manner.
Communicate with the assigned customers to maintain relationship, negotiating and closing deals.
Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
Create and update sales reports on a regular basis.
Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure achievement of business targets.
